To request an order, please fill out the form below. Completing this order form *does not* confirm your order. You will be contacted through email to confirm your order and to collect a deposit. Once a deposit is paid, then your order is confirmed. Orders placed within 1 week of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking and may be subject to a Rush Fee.
